MEMX Comments on IEX Options

MEMX submitted comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on IEX's options proposal. As discussed in our letter, MEMX is concerned that this proposal would flood the national market system with "maybe quotations" that are not truly accessible but that would require firms to move order flow to IEX's options market to satisfy regulatory obligations.
